What does he do? Grows sea weed and listens to music!
What is that glowing building behind him? Well, it's a long story, but let's say it's a city underwater, where all the fancy people live.
Why do you need to play? If you have time to kill and want to listen to nice music while moving Lil' Guy around and growing plants to exchange for hats, this game is for you.
